Black Orpheus is a B&W series I created as a homage to the late British - Nigerian photographer ROTIMI FANI KAYODE. 

African traditional symbols appear together with elements from nature and male nudes which give the images an overall spiritual and erotic glance. 

These photos were all made in Abuja - Nigeria between 2001 and 2004.
